EJ living across the hall from Sami! GMAB…I just don’t know how they expect viewers to stay with this show when all they do is recyle the same old stories over and over! If they put him in a wheelchair again…I’m outta here!!
April 11, 2012 at 10:05 pm #32386caseyParticipanttedious. For the life of me I cannot fathom why they keep retreading these SLs. I’m way down the road from Sami and EJ. I don’t care about this pair and I don’t care about Sami and her ‘tude these days. It’s hard to believe we were roped into thinking Sami/Rafe were finally THE couple. Seeing Johnny today reminded me how much I missed that little guy.
April 12, 2012 at 2:13 am #32390lynnekarenParticipanttoday. She refuses to take any blame at all. I cannot stand her. I’d be happy with a Sami free Days…I know that’ll never happen.
April 12, 2012 at 2:24 am #32391NoraParticipantI couldn’t stand her or rafe today, in fact, I was more shocked by what was coming out of Rafes mouth at Sami. I know she hurt him but man, this is not the rafe we have all come to love. It like he’s the double that they made.
April 12, 2012 at 11:54 am #32393PattiParticipantbut Sami did not say one damn thing to Rafe yeterday that wasn’t true. He is just as much a hypocrite as she is, regardless of t he gravity of the cheating. What he did with Carrie BEFORE he knew about the grief sex was still cheating, I don’t care how it is defined as the lesser of the two evils. He was falling in love with his wife’s sister, they were cheating on both Sami and Austin, yet Sami gets the brunt of the criticism. If they wouldn’t have been caught (Rafe and Carrie), she would probably be the one walking around now pregnant by Rafe and not her husband. I’m sorry, but it is not now, nor has it ever been, ALL SAMI’S FAULT. I’ll be first in line to be critical of Sami and the stupid things she says and does, but yesterday is not one of those times.
April 12, 2012 at 12:25 pm #32395DeeLanParticipantAgree. My main problem with Sami right now is that she kicked Rafe out for kissing her sister and didn’t say or act like she wanted to work on their marriage until AFTER he found out about the sex with EJ. As soon as that happened she’s wanting them to work on their problems. Either way in her little world she’s the victim in both scenerios.
April 12, 2012 at 2:13 pm #32392justwonderingParticipantI thought that Rafe told it like it is. Everything he said about Sami was true, and it was about time that someone told Sami the truth. What really gets me is how EJ feels that he can win back Nicole with his words. He can never change, one minute he is flirting with Sami and the next he is trying to talk Nicole into going back to him. It is all about control, EJ has no heart.
April 12, 2012 at 2:28 pm #32399justwonderingParticipantYes, Rafe is not blameless in all of this. However, Sami started the ball in motion be blaming Rafe for Johnny’s disappearance, saying she only went to the pub because Rafe talked her into it. She had turned cold to him and blamed it all on him. That does not excuse the "kiss", however, I don’t believe that he was falling in love with Carrie. Sami’s insistance of the renewing the vows was her guilt about the deed.
But Sami kicked Rafe out over the kiss. That is rather ironic since she had been with EJ. So when it came to light it is understandable for Rafe to be upset.
Yes, they both made mistakes. This is so typical for DOOL, they still care for each other, yet neither is willing to make a move to fix the problem. No instead they play games with others.
April 12, 2012 at 5:19 pm #32403IwovemyboysParticipantI mean I want Sami and Rafe together. I’m definitely an all out safe fan. But if I was Sami I would tell him, if you are finished then shut up and leave me alone! If it is so over like you say it is then quit coming to me and rehashing the same old same old. If it’s truly over, what is there to even talk about? Just shut up and move on! Having said that, I actually agreed with Sami for the first time since she idiotically slept with EJ! Rafe is being a hypocrite, either way you cut it. I mean he said he could have forgiven her for cheating but not for lying. Yet he is being a huge liar, and no matter the reason a lie is still a lie. Which is what he supposedly couldn’t forgive her for! And the whole Rafe and Carrie thing is just straight up NASTY! Not to mention Carrie is so ridiculously boring. It wouldn’t bother me if her and Austin left the show again, they are just so incredibly boring. Thank goodness for DVR and fast forward!
April 12, 2012 at 5:36 pm #32406BonbonParticipantRafe was so all-fire in love with Sami, I don’t believe he would have given up so easily, cheating, lying, or whatever she did. He knew what she was like in her past life and accepted her as she was. I think the REAL Rafe would have fought harder for her and their marriage.
But, I agree with you, shut up already (both of them), and, if you’re not going to work toward a reconcilliation, get on with your lives.
You know, I was really a Sami/EJ fan but after she met Rafe I changed my mind. I really, really, really wanted them to stay together. But, I wanted EJ and Nicole together too. Maybe we shouldn’t express such emotions on here or TIIC will certainly do just the opposite.
April 12, 2012 at 6:46 pm #32414IwovemyboysParticipantthe whole thing is just nasty! I mean I love Rafe, I have loved all of his scenes up until lately! I mean it’s getting to where I can’t stand hearing him talk. I love looking at him always though! LOL, but he’s on such a soap box! And why should he care if Sami took off her wedding ring any how? I mean I can understand Sami saying it but why is he even looking at Sami’s left hand if indeed he didn’t care? I think the writers of the show are really trying hard to get it cancelled. I cannot stomach most of what is going on and I fast forward through 99% of it! But yup they probably do the opposite, maybe to try and keep us hoping for what we want to happen. But it’s just gross and to see someone you have respected, turn into a major hypocritical butt head doesn’t make you want to continue to watch!
April 12, 2012 at 10:08 pm #32419caseyParticipantabout Days brass and writers. Are they that distanced from the viewers that they believed they could set up Sami/Rafe and make Rafe this standup guy, and then destroy his character? This was supposed to be a likeable guy you could depend on. He has dissolved into a jerk and not even an interesting one. Carrie is an embarrassment as well. A character I once liked now I’d rather see leave. I just have such a time figuring how Days could completely miss this. They have never discovered how to bring conflict into couples’ lives without it being about breaking them up.
