Seriously, folks, I have never threatened to stop watching the show before because I knew I’d never do it, but I am getting very close to it now. This back and forth thing between Nicole and Jennifer is really, REALLY, getting my nerves. How can they possibly keep saying the same thing over and over and over again, day after day? "Get out!" "No, I’m not going!" "No, you’re not leaving here!" "You can’t stop me!" "Just tell me the truth." "Okay, I’ll tell you the truth." OMG! Are they serious?
And this stuff with John, Marlena and Kristin is almost unwatchable. If it weren’t for Eileen’s talent I think I’d be FFing through every scene. (I thought it was cute how she kissed EJ today.)
I’m sorry but these writers, I feel, are the worst we’ve ever had. I’d rather put up with JER’s crap this this unbearable, ridiculous, boring, repetitive, drivel. It’s HORRIBLE!
The repetition is killing this show. And it seems to really be an issue with this writing team. In order to string out SLs they resort to this, along with character assasination.
I’ve been saying this repeatedly about Jenn and Nicole. I just fast forward practically everything with these two which is too bad, because I like these characters. Isn’t this November sweeps? Wouldn’t know it by this repetitive dialog day after day after day.
When John walked into the cabin and Kristin turned around, I said "puleeeeese"! So far-fetched, even for Days. Kristin showing up everywhere John is, is getting real old, real fast. Did I miss something in my fast forwarding? Why is she even there? Or will we find out today?
and it’s not just us, it’s all over the boards. I read a lot of them, but only post to this one and it’s a universal opinion of fans everywhere. I really am beginning to question what’s going on. I don’t even look forward to the show anymore. I tune in from force of habit every day, and when it’s over I kick myself for even bothering.
