Especially when they were joking about their facial hair! I wish he would stick around, I really liked his scenes with Melanie and telling her that they would be brother and sister no matter what.

The writers used the Max 2 day return to the best of their ability, he interacted with several characters to help bring everyone up to speed if they had missed a few episodes. I was glad they used him in scenes with Caroline and Bo. Of course the main point was to get interaction with Melanie.
