who she played and the connections in Salem. It sounds like she played a double role from what I’m reading here. I didn’t watch during the time she was on (took a few years break from Days), so she is a total stranger to me. If anyone can give a thumbnail sketch, I’d sure be appreciative!

Eileen Davidson played 4 characters at once. Kristen, the adopted daughter of Stefano who John was in love with until Marlena resurfaced. Then Kristen tried to keep John by saying he was pregnant or she was and had a miscarriage but she pulled a Nicole and faked the pregnancy. Susan, a pregnant woman Stefano found and through fake teeth and makeup made her look like Kristen’s twin filled in for her at doc appointments when John would be there. Susan developed a crush on John and while Kristen had Marlena locked up in the basement Susan tricked Kristen to go down there and locked her up with Marlena and took her place with John. At their wedding which Susan turned into an Elvis themed affair she tripped and her fake teeth flew out of her mouth and the gig was up.
Susan was one of a set of triplets and Eileen played them all. Susan’s sister, Sister Mary Moira and their brother Thomas.
I could be wrong but I think playing all those characters took it’s toll on Eileen and that’s the reason she left Days.
with his own sperm. We saw Dr. Rolf doing the deed while Stefano appeared to Susan dressed as her favorite – — Elvis Presley in one of his old white costumes. I think now that it’s possible that Dr. Rolf saved the embryo that Kristen lost and used it to implant Susan so while she believed Elvis Jr. was her’s, he could have been the product of Kristen and John.
I was thinking that he had John’s sperm (he was their pawn and prisoner many times) and used that instead of Stefano’s. Maybe all this time Stefano was really sterile or at that time in his life had slow swimmers.
Kristin, Susan, Mary Moira (the nun), and Thomas. Eileen DID say that the enormous amount of screen time took a toll on her which was why she was so happy to return to her other show (Y&R?). Because of that, I don’t think we’ll see her in even a dual role this time, ergo, no REAL Kristin.
We all thought at the time Eileen was cheated out of an Emmy for the fantastic job she did playing all four parts. Many, many, many times we’d see her playing two different characters on screen at the same time. Maybe she’ll get another shot at it now.
could not have known about his swimmer issues, lol, or he wouldn’t have believed EJ to be his child. I’d almost like him to Ian’s but that could be a little out there. lol Steffie’s swimmers wouldn’t have been as old as they are now as EJ should only be an 18-19 year old if you go by his on screen conception. Sami could have been his mother – lol!
I remember Sami holding him in her arms at a wedding …. was it Kayla’s …. don’t remember right now, but it was definitely baby E.J. she was holding.
Eileen played 4 roles but the triplets were Susan, Mary Moira and Thomas. Kristen weren’t related to them at all.
What’s wrong with me? Guess the old brain’s wearing out.
Which brings up the question, will Kristen’s brother (see? what was his name?) remain in prison when she comes back or will they refer to him at all? DUH!!!
