DAMN I freakin cant believe this!!!! Daughtry all over again. He’ll be just fine, he’ll walk out the door and get a recording contract. We love you JAMES! I’ll be buying his record as soon as it comes out! I sure voted for him every single week.
surprised by the outcome. I thought for sure it would be Haley, Scotty, and James. I guess Scotty probably has the best chance to win the final, but I think Haley is the dark horse! She has been my favorite of them all since the very beginning.
I figured JD would go all the way. Trying to figure what happened – mainly how Lauren manages to stick around. I just don’t see her, except maybe her youth and sweet personality is driving the teen vote.
Very disappointed to see James go, but he’ll do fine.
I have no clue now who will win."remember, this is the week Daughtry went home," to sort of give us a ‘head’s up’ indicating don’t be surprised at who goes tonight. I was totally blown away, and I’m not into heavy metal at all. I just thought James was going all the way, and he really was so very popular with everyone. Of course, my heart cried for him last night. He has had to face so very many challenges in his young life, but he’ll make it through this one, too. I just was so looking forward to seeing him in the finale. I don’t think Lauren or Haley should have been standing up there last night while James left the competition. I’m not worried about him, though. His phone is probably ringing off the hook with offers. Now I really don’t care who wins it, but personally I have to root for Scotty.
I’m sad for James but he’s actually better off leaving at this point as he’s got less of a contract with AI then the last 3 and they have less than the winner. He can go make the music he wants and use his artistic ability to do it the way he wants or at least have more of an imput than he would under their thumb. I think Haley deserved to be in the top 4 but she was the one that should have gone home BEFORE any of the others. She’s too inconsistent and has proven that week after week and even the last few nights with multiple songs she does 1 poorly and knocks the other out of the park. Scotty and James have been great each week.
