She wasn’t tampering with the evidence (it’s not evidence yet) or anything else. All she has to do it put it back. No different than if your ex-wife (actually, she’s not even an ex yet) came over to your appartment and took a cookbook out of your kitchen drawer and then later put it back.
And here’s something to ponder… I was under the impression that ISA stood for International Security Administration. If so, why would Spencer (my g.son’s name, BTW) answer to the governor if it’s an international organization? Plus, why is the ISA even involved in this investigation? It is by no means an international "incident."
