I hate to tell you, Hope, but you say you are not ready for a relationship yet. Speaking from experience, there is nothing in the world to make you feel good than falling in love. It deadens all the other bad stuff considerably. She should go for it with Rafe, she obviously acknowledges she has feelings for him so why deny herself all the good stuff just to wallow in misery?
meaning she knows she has feelings for Rafe, but she’s not quite ready to admit it yet. I like the way Rafe is handling her feelings, in that he’s not ready to give up on her, but he’s keeping a safe distance and not rushing her. It was obvious to me the way she ran after him when he walked out the door, told him he was right about her needing love in her life, and then kissed him. I realize she has a lot on her plate, but I really like the chemistry between KA and GG and hope these writers don’t shut them down completely.
