ParticipantTry to respond to this post.
This is Jenn. I can edit others’ posts but cannot reply or start a new thread. My friend, Linda, is working on it (but she had to take a break for now).
Not sure what all is going on, but we’re trying to get it resolved. Not sure if we will be able to. My hosting company says that there was a lot of traffic recently – ie hackers attempting to breach any vulnerability in the software. Looks like they may have succeeded in messing something up. We’ll see if we can fix it… if not, not sure what to do next

ParticipantThis is Linda I can respond no problem.
Jenn here again – still the same problem. I don’t know what to do. Tried uploading a software update, but it won’t let me install it… says I’m not an administrator, although I’m logged in as such and I can administer everything else, including editing others’ posts.
Frustrated

ParticipantAt least I can get ONTO the site now. Earlier I got this message:
Access forbidden!
You don’t have permission to access the requested directory. There is no index document or the directory is read-protected.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster (webmaster in blue and underscored)
Error 403

(Jenn and Linda, hope this helps, but things looking good right now. Jenn, I could not even get into your e-mail earlier when I tried to send this message.)

ParticipantThe web hosting service took it down fo a little while today because it was being bombarded with traffic (hackers?)
I haven’t been able to post using Firefox… but I fired up Explorer and I was able to post.
I tried to update the software but I’m having problems achieving that – LindaC is trying to help she’s logged in as me right now. If what she’s doing doesn’t work I may try doing the update from Explorer but it’s possible that I’ll wipe everything out
That’s what I get for letting a friend talk me into this software a few years ago, and then leaving me hanging…. I’m just grateful that Linda is trying to help.
