Don’t get me wrong I love Jennifer. But since she’s returned I find her a bit of a busybody, especially w/Doc Dan. Kind of reminds me of Maggie for a time there.

I feel the same way abut Jennifer.  Every time she’s on I find myself asking, ‘who do you think you are, anyway?’  I don’t think I ever loved Jen the way some do, but I could tolerate her a lot more before than I can now.  Some may find her cute and feisty; I just find her annoying and rude, especially to Daniel.

I don’t think that it is any of her business or place to trash Chloe and make judgements about her asnd her troubles with daniel. She is a young Maggie—not that Jennifer hasn’t made any mistakes!!

but they are writing Jennifer to be "cute and feisty", she is a forty or 40+++ woman, not some little teenage girl that has to play these cutesie poo little girl games with a man…every time I see those two together, I almost expect her to hit him (Daniel) on the shoulder and run away giggling…

I too agree she has no right to judge Chloe but I have to remind myself Chloe did hurt Lucas who’s Jennifer’s brother so she probably feels protective of him and is angry at her for that.

she’s a grown woman with grown-up problems.  She needs to start acting like it.  I find her very immature.  The way she blurts things out and sticks her opinion in where it isn’t warranted is what you would expect from the teen set, not Jennifer.  I hope they calm her down some.

because she was a whole heck of a lot harder on Chloe than she was on Carly.  True, Carly didn’t have Bo’s baby, but she certainly took over Hope’s role in his life without thinking twice about it, and Jennifer is supposed to love Hope so much, so quite possibly it is because of Lucas that she was so hard on Chloe (which I do happen to think she was right about, but it was not her place to say it to Daniel).

dress her that way. I was noticing a week or so ago that her clothing and even hairstyle are very young girly (is that a word?) Time for Jen to grow up.

that the character of Jennifer is stuck in a time warp.  I kept looking from Abby to Jennifer and it dawned on me that Abby looks older and more mature than Jennifer!  It started with the hair as I kept thinking that I wore my hair like that back in the 60’s and 70’s.  Now, I know that some hairstyles have come back, but not that long straight straw-like look.   Just my opinion, but I’d like to see it look more like Abby’s or Hope’s.  It’s time to look like a grown-up.

That is ironic because Chloe hurt Lucas by sleeping WITH Daniel. So if she is mad at Chloe, she should also be mad at Daniel. As for Carly, one day she is mad and the next day they are best friends. If she were smart, she would stay far away from Daniel. His track record is to fall for his patients, until the next one comes along.  If he is so distraught about Chloe, he is not ready for a relationship. it amazes me how quickly people get over losing th " love of their life" and then jumps on to the next candidate!!!!

but here in S. Fl. the long straight look is VERY popular.  I see women in the salon getting their hair straightened and "ironed" all the time.  Also, there’s a procedure they do called the Brazilian something-or-other that straightens it out for several weeks.  I know its pretty expensive but there doesn’t seem to be a shortage of patrons getting it.  BTW, I’m not talking about teens either but soccer moms in particular.

That’s a new one on me.  The only Brazilian I’ve heard of until now was taking hair away (ALL of it, everywhere, if you get my drift)  Anyway, you made me curious Bonbon and I looked it up.  Besides being very expensive some salons are refusing to do it  because studies have shown a significant level of formaldehyde in some of the products that are used for the procedure.  Supposedly it’s a probable carcinogen that is heated up and sealed onto customers’ hair.  And it can make the technician, or whatever you call the person, sick. I sure want that on my hair!

My hairdresser won’t even be in the salon when someone else is doing that procedure.  She had breast CA and wants no part of it in any way, shape or form.

fluffly long hair instead of the straight like Jennifer’s.  I still think it makes her look like too young.

But thank you for the info on this hair process. I have naturally curly hair that I straighten with a flat iron. I’ve never heard of this, but like everything it would spark my interest. I’ll stick to the flat iron and skip the toxic chemicals.
