Jen’s reaction to Jack about his pretending to be asleep while she poured out her heart was overly critical and judgmental. Many of us might have done the same thing as Jack did. Why did Jen make such a big deal about it and say he wasn’t honest and truthful? Give me a break. She loves Daniel more than she loves Jack–just compare how she acts when she is around each of them. She feels guilty about Jack so she is looking for an excuse to dump him. Jen is getting on my nerves with her one-sidedness.
it was typical Jack. And he’s trying to convince her he’s changed and then pulls the same old thing he used to do.
This has gone on long enough even for "Salem time" – and these two men condoning this "trial" is such a farce. I don’t know one red blooded American male that would put himself through Jen’s choosing, they’d be telling her to you-know-what or get off the pot. This is typical Hollyweird BS the writers are pulling.
Maybe she’s looking for an excuse to not to go back to him, to make her choice more clear? That was so ridiculous.

I think that Jen felt that Jack hadn’t changed as he claimed. Jen thought that they had gotten past all the games that Jack had played and they now had a truth pact so to speak. That coupled with jack assuming they were back together just really ticked her off. I think she feels that he really needs to step it up befor she can commit to him. At least she is sticking to the no sex condition. I can understand her being angry cause she felt he was deceiving her yet again. Also she does have feelings for Dan, but in the end, I think she will return to Jack.
