John looked so good and handsome today. You could tell it was done in the present (although it was only in Marlena’s mind) and not a flashback. Isn’t John coming back soon?

bringing up someone, the appearance is imminent. Plus was it Kate who told Marlena she expected John back soon? But why do I get the feeling his return won’t be quite like Marlena’s romantic vision?
