How hard would it have been to hire an actual accordian player instead of the goofy woman who never moved her fingers on the accordian. All she did was sway back and fourth and never pushed a single key. Because I play the accordian (no comments, please!), I was watching to see if she was actually playing the song we were hearing. Nope! She wasn’t even accordian-syncing.
And where did they get that Eiffle Tower? Was it sitting in someone’s garage somewhere? <going with the eye rolls again>
That’s what bugs me about actors that are suppose to be playing any instruments on TV.
Guitar – at least move your fingers on the fret rather than strumming and moving with the beat
Brass or woodwind – even if your not actually blowing into the instrument at least push the buttons or move the slide. I play clairinet in my high school band and can’t stand when they just stand there holding the instrument and their head up and down.
Piano – KNOW which end of the keys are higher and which are lower notes. I play the piano and I hate when someone’s playing a classical piece yet their hands stay in the middle or they’re to be playing higher octives and their hand moves to the lower end of the keyboard.
as Austin and Austin played classical piano/jazz piano etc. He was actually playing and it was obvious he knew what he was doing but when Austin Peck took over the role, the piano playing got dropped very quickly as it was so obvious that he couldn’t really play. He could do the fighting scenes but the piano was a huge joke with him attempting to be a guy getting his Master’s in piano at a University level.
OMG! That was really bad! I watched yesterday and noticed her finers didn’t even move. Couldnt she just pretend, I mean this is acting. At least put a little effort into it.
I know and agree about the accordion player, she could have moved her fingers, I’ve never played an accordion so I don’t know if u just squeeze it will it make noise? I played the piano since I was in the 1st grade, I dont play anymore. that was on the list of stupid things Fridays show, number one being Bo and his Russian accent. Lol.
Ya know I still can’t believe that marlena is supporting Carrie so she can be with rafe. GAWD marlena do you even realize that Sami just divorced him and now she is there for carrie when she tells Austin that she is leaving him. Poor guy. I feel sorry for him actually. At this point I’d rather they keep Austin and throw carrie to Switzerland for all I care. Insert MAJOR eye roll. Sheesh!
