Dr. Baker is baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!! It didn’t give any details, but I’m sure hoping that somehow this whole nasty situation with EJ’s evilness comes to a satisfying conclusion. Does anyone think that EJ will finally suffer some consequences? I know there are several on the show who have not paid the price for their own evilness (Kate, Vivian to name two), but I really don’t think I can keep watching if EJ walks away totally untouched.
March 3, 2010 at 1:04 pm #11009DeeLanParticipantWas just coming to post this. Now we know why we saw that finger twitch.
March 3, 2010 at 1:28 pm #11010mbwParticipantThat’s great! I’ve missed Dr. Baker! He’s a good actor and an asset to the show.
March 3, 2010 at 2:46 pm #11013PattiParticipantand I think that Dr. Baker will play a huge role is uncovering the mystery of who did what to whom. He was a victim of E.J. too, and I’m sure he’s still not pleased with Nicole, who will be returning shortly as well. I have to say, I’m really interested in seeing how they all interact. So long as Sydney is safely returned to Sami, and she and Rafe can move on together, I’m ready for the real showdown here, and Baker should be right in the middle of it.
March 3, 2010 at 3:21 pm #11016BonbonParticipantI was hoping when we got rid of Reiley we would see the end of people coming back from the dead but I guess that’s just not to be. <sigh> I mean, come on, I can stretch my imagination and swallow some pretty preposterous stuff but once a person dies and is turned over to the police and coroner, you can be pretty sure they are dead. (Now if Stefano gets to them first, that’s a different story.)
I am so disappointed they are going this route. I guess they think our collective IQ is equal to a handfull of straws. Think I’ll do what the Kirikises and Dimeras do and go have a good stiff drink! Grrrr….
March 3, 2010 at 3:59 pm #11017luckeyParticipantthere was that little finger twitch from Dr. Baker’s little pinky that we saw when Sami and Rafe left the poor doc lying on the floor supposedly dead. Uh…Uh…Uh…not so fast! Let’s see how this plays out. I’m looking forward to it, but not terribly confident in these writers.
March 3, 2010 at 6:29 pm #11022GoodyParticipantI am looking forward to seeing what he will bring to the mix. Let’s just hope that he no longer has a big gambling debt hanging over his head. Maybe he can be changed for the better and can stick around for a while. Maybe he could work at the hospital and help Maggie with her health problem. — Oh well, just wishful thinking, I guess.

March 3, 2010 at 10:20 pm #11030PattiParticipantI liked Dr. Baker; I especially liked his wit and some of his very funny lines. Too bad about his gambling problem; otherwise, I think he would have busted Nicole long before she screwed herself into the ground. I must say, though, that when I read a spoiler saying that someone thought to be dead was on their way back to Salem, I thought it was Lawrence Alamain.
March 4, 2010 at 12:48 am #11040BonoSugaRayParticipantIt would have been nice if that someone was TONY DIMERA! Oh, how I want this character (played by Thao) back in Salem!
March 4, 2010 at 10:16 am #11046SWParticipantkidnapping case since he wasn’t around then! Or was he working for EJ helping with the kidnapping? He was only originally involved in the baby switch part, I thought?
