What the hell was that? The stripes didn’t even match up. How awful! My mom is an excellent seamstress so I know what those stripes should have done. It looked like she grabbed a table cloth and carelessly wrapped it around herself. Then I noticed that it looked like it had a bustled tail/train something. Hideous!!!

December 9, 2011 at 2:36 pm #29481NoraParticipantLOL I completely ares about Kate. Its just as exciting to see what wacky outfit shell have on next, and her and that assistant, the gay guy I can’t think of his name, they crack me up. He was late because he couldn’t get his hair right or something and one of countess w did the trick! too funny. I was going to comment on kates hair yesterday, not so much her outfit, it was everywhere! seems like she has one day with her hair all nice and straight and soft and then we have days like yesterday like she just rolled out of bed.
December 9, 2011 at 2:47 pm #29483BonbonParticipantWhat do you expect from Kate? If she isn’t dressed in some whacky outfit (or outrageous hair), it wouldn’t be Kate!!!
I think it’s really a shame that they don’t dress her better. I understand that it’s HER look but she could become a fashion icon with her classy looks if they’d put something more pretty and stylish on her. After all, she can afford pretty much what she’d like to buy. Maybe Stefano ought to give her a stylist for Christmas.
December 9, 2011 at 4:43 pm #29486PattiParticipantabout her wardrobe and thinks, "well, let’s see if I can be even more outrageous than that." LOL! She’s is a very pretty woman and could be so chic if would just use some common sense before she goes off on these binges she seems to have every now and then. I’ve seen her in some outfits where she exudes absolute class and high fashion ….. and then there’s Wednesday …. UGH!
December 9, 2011 at 5:06 pm #2949053tdogsParticipantfar as fashion goes. She is a drop-dead gorgeous woman for her or any age. I enjoy seeing what she is wearing although some of her outfits are a bit out there (or way out of the ball park at times), I think Kate is the only one that can and does carry the look off. And she does have some nice clothes/outfits as well. Think Katie might not be that outlandish in her style if Salem was just a bit closer to New York City or Paris with her fashion, we all just don’t live in NYC or the city of lights to see this kind of stuff on our streets.
But I’d rather see Kate dressed up in all her high fashion, than the "Wallymartians" at Wallyworld – from some of the Email jokes (pictures of real people) and how they dress going out of their house into public, (but then I can’t imagine dressing the way they dress inside their house either).
December 9, 2011 at 10:19 pm #29510shadowParticipantThere’s nothing gorgeous about Kate. Those lips and cheeks are so full of Botox, that they probably squeek!!! The actress doesn’t impress me in any way whatsoever. She seems too struck on herself.
December 14, 2011 at 4:00 am #29592majencoParticipantI love her! She is hit or miss for sure and she needs to get better fitting clothes but I like that a woman of her age still has the stones to rock a funky and unique style
December 14, 2011 at 12:23 pm #29596BonbonParticipantOccasionally I like to go a bit far out with an outfit, even at 72. But, Kate looks like that every day. I’d love to see her in an ordinary, conservative, chic-looking, well-fitting outfit…just once.
I think Marlena’s outfits are always befitting a woman of her age and position. But, you have to admit, we rarely talk about what she is wearing and you know what they say; "Negative attention is better than no attention at all." So maybe Lauren/wardrobe know what they’re doing.
