They’ll need a doctor at the hospital. Dan can’t operate because of his hands, I would think Lexie would be gone due to her new job. Do cities really have appointed Health Commissioners? I really don’t have a clue. In our county, we have a Health Department but I don’t know if it’s an appointed position or elected.
It seems Mayor EJ thinks the government of Salem can be set up the way he wants. Didn’t Bo or Roman remind him the mayor can’t arrest people or something like that.
I don’t know if he did any arresting but he was always in police business. I’m guessing Bo and Roman gave Abe some leeway because of their friendship and the fact that he use to be their commisioner where with EJ they won’t.
Of course we all know it’s probably sloppy writing on the part of the writing staff.
Caroline’s on screen is very limited and she seems very frail. Sure hope she is feeling alright. As for Kayla, they are really under-utilizing her. But maybe she feels that a paycheck is better than nothing. by the way, whatever happened to Adrienne and Justin?
but I don’t know of any mayor who actually arrests people. They are usually responsible for the comings and goings of the police force, but not actually having someone arrested, so I find this just another example of incompetence on the part of these writers. I never thought anyone could be as bad as Dena Higley, but these writers are really giving her a run for her money in the head-writer(s) department. There’s only one decent storyline holding my undivided interest right now, and even that is getting a little old.
Did she get in trouble for knowing her mother changed some test (can’t remember which one—Phillip’s baby??) It is just unrealistic that she would be waiting tables.
She didn’t know until just before the truth came out. It was Carly that got in trouble for falsifyig the patient chart when she saw Chloe in a different hospital to do the paternity test.
