    Exactly what was Kayla wearing at the Memorial service?   I kept trying to get a good look below the waist, but was not sure what she had on.   Below the waist looked strange from the quick glance I got.

    I looked like the hem was all ruffled up or something, like a balloon. Also couldn’t tell if it was a skirt or pants. It was strange indeed.

     That is one hideous outfit/skirt. Butt ugly!

     It’s called a bubble hem.  And yes it’s ugly as hell.
