Why does Chad think he can just move in and send Andre packing? And assumes Stefano isn’t coming home? And once all know he is dead what does his will say? I don’t think Sami’s takeover included the mansion?
The new writers came on the scene with much promise. However, the show is quickly returning to the same ole same ole.
These stories are beginning to recycle. Why can’t they come up with something more original?

Somewhere Chad came up with his own money from a trust fund or something and selling his share of TBD (maybe setting up a return for Sonny I hope) I dunno for sure, LOL, but if he can pay before the house is either put up for auction or foreclosed then it is his and he can kick out whomever he chooses.
that Stefano from time to time would just give him loads of money, and Chad would just invest it, so why would he need to sell club TBD back to Sonny? I think, too, that Sonny may be returning at some point. Now, whether or not it will be Freddie returning or a recast is another story, because I read that Freddie and his fiance moved to Florida after he left DOOL. Of course, you can’t always believe what you read in the paper, especially if it’s about a soap star. I would love to see Sonny return for Paul though!
I am not sure about that. If he pays the "back taxes" the house reverts to deed holder, which I presume is Stefano. Actually I don’t get why Stefano would have a mortgage or owe back taxes. Also to be seized, the taxes would have to be owed for at least 2 years (at least that is how it works in PA)
not exactly sure what he was talking about last week. Andre couldn’t believe that "Fathah" would like things get so bad. Whatever it was Chad is seemingly going to own the mansion when he pays the back whatever is owed. I remember the officials coming in and telling Andre and/or Chad about it and giving them like a week to fix the problem or get out.
was Chad said he was going to let the house foreclose and then buy the house from the bank by paying the back taxes or whatever is owed. He said he almost had enough and thought he could come up with the rest, which must be TBD. He said the bank would be more than happy to sell it to him because nobody else would want the creepy, expensive house and they just want the money that’s owed to them.
