Did anybody recognize the blue dress she wore today (10/30)? It was from one of the designers on Project Runway. I don’t remember which one but it was the one who always used those prominent shoulders on her designs. I recognized it instantly because the dress was decent but I didn’t like those "wings."
I wonder if that was THE dress or if whomever it was that designed it is now selling it retail.
