Is it just me or is anyone else planning to fast forward through this crap? If I were Lani, I’d just tell Eli what’s going on. There’s nothing else to really be blackmailed with. Eli could just go give Gabi hell. Wonder if Gabi will even take a break from her revenge to check on her poisoned brother. This is just the worst! Ok, maybe Princess Gina is worse.
turned Gabi into a horrible character. She is so extremely immature and single-minded and operates on revenge even when it’s not applicable. I agree these Salemites should stand up to this terror.
Gabi having the device that controls Julie’s pacemaker is beyond ridiculous. Of course Lani could have told Eli (and everyone else for that matter), and they could have gotten the device from Gabi and let everyone know what she was doing. They are the police! Just so pathetically dumb and Gabi is evil but keeps getting passes on her behavior.
She goes from grieving to local terrorist in seconds. When will Gai learn that revenge only make her more loathed than she already is? I’m surprised Camilla Banus hasn’t asked to leave the show. Her character is almost always out for revenge and there’s nothing interesting about her.
She’s like a kid always having an over-the-top temper tantrum. And I agree, there is nothing interesting about her–just huffing and ranting. Villains usually have some dimension or just that special something that makes them so interesting to watch. Gabi’s not fun to watch and it may just be the actress’s portrayal of her.
I fast-forwarded the entire show today (Monday). If this shit keeps up, I am leaving this show and unfortunately this board. I simply cannot take anymore of this writer, if that’s what he chooses to call himself. Horrible returns, horrible acting, ridiculous sls, it’s just not worth my time any longer.
There are weeks when I can’t wait to see the next show and then there’s this crap. It’s like watching a show written by someone with bipolar disorder. I fast forwarded through all of the Gabi scenes and the Princess Gina scenes. It’s boring, no one cares. Maybe he’s just being lazy until the big jump.
and perhaps even until the end of this year, because I am curious to see how things are going to go with the writing by then, but if I do leave the board, it would only be commenting on the show itself that I would quit on, not our football discussions. I’ll check in on The Brady Pub board and keep the comments rolling through the season. All three of our teams are too darn good right now and seeing as how I think we’ll all be "in the hunt" when playoffs roll around, I have to stay in touch with my two other football sisters!
