John knew he was marrying Hattie, though knowing or not knowing she had put her name on the license? Abe however believes he married John and Marlena. So that represents fraud?

Abe was going to go file the marriage license. Won’t he be looking at it at some point and notice Hattie’s name?

Even though he knows it’s Hattie, he was under duress (blackmail) to marry her. Grounds for annulment!
