Why doesn’t this fool just hold up a sign saying “I drugged Doc D!” His remarks to Jen, plus his working for pharmaceutical company – duh! But of course Jennifer is so stupid as a rock to not suspect him.

I question how he can come up with such a big vial of the drug (there had to be at least 10 cc of it and a normal dose is .02 mg) and not have to explain where it went. In Florida, at least, there are VERY strict regulations regarding controlled substances. They are not given out as samples because doctors cannot give them to patients as samples. He would have to explain what happened to that vial to his employer. And a doctor cannot prescribe a controlled substance for himself, he has to get it from another doctor. My pain management doctor explained all that to me.
even if he was allowed to give out samples to docs, he (Liam) would have to account for each and every one of them to someone. We’re talking about a pretty potent drug here. Plus, I hope Nicole probes more into the doctor living in Daniel’s building that he claims he was visiting to Daniel or maybe Kayla, to help resolve her suspicions. But, the way they are writing Nicole is another example of how the writers are destroying characters.

What makes me giggle is his story to Nicole. Why not just tell her you were there to speak to Daniel? Why the big "to do" about banging some doctor? So ridic. But that’s a passage way for him to blackmail her down the road I guess.
That not only could Nicole finger Liam for Dan’s troubles AND could exonerate Eric, but did not, who on earth will stand by her?
