If I were Lucas I would not let Ali live in the Dimera mansion. It’s unfortunate that she would not get to spend as much time with her siblings but she already spent all that time in Japan with Lucas. She could spend time with Will and her Neice. I would not allow Sami to hold that kid hostage to the whole situation and I would sue for full custody.
October 17, 2013 at 8:25 am #41364BonbonParticipantSami has full custody of her so Lucas really can’t do anything about it.
October 17, 2013 at 12:26 pm #41367TFlo1018ParticipantShe has full nothing – they never officially went down that route (legally anyway.)
Plus, I’m sure even if she did that Lucas would have a pretty valid legal leg to stand on provided the judge wasn’t DiMera employed.
October 17, 2013 at 3:19 pm #41373PattiParticipanta huge blow-up regarding Allie living in DeMansion very soon. I don’t know that Sami has full custody, but I also believe, at least by the way they’ve been portrayed, that Lucas and Sami and BFF’s, so there probably will be some sort of screaming and/or loud arguing between Sami and Lucas where Allie’s residence is concerned, but at some point they’ll work it out. Although, I certainly couldn’t help but understand Lucas’ fear for his daughter once the news of this latest trauma in Sami’s life is revealed to him. He’ll probably get together with Kate and between the two of them, they’ll continue fighting a losing battle where Sami is concerned. Lord knows, if a custody hearing is brought into it, they both (Lucas and Kate) have enough skeletons in their own closets to bring before a judge.
October 24, 2013 at 10:51 pm #41458majencoParticipantWell today Lucas put his foot down! I’m glad. No one in their right mind would let their kid live in that house of horrors. Hooray Lucas! Do not back down!
October 25, 2013 at 12:48 am #41460PattiParticipantgoing against a court order, so they must have something in writing. Lucas is afraid his daughter will be hurt living in the mansion, but I don’t believe for a second that would happen. He better think twice about his court threats, because Lucas has his own skeletons that can be brought out in court. He’s basing everything on what happened with the Marge Bernardi shooting at the engagement party, and really that’s just his excuse. If I recall correctly, none of the kids were even at the party, so he’s gone back to just being Lucas, and his reasoning doesn’t hold any water with me. He’s just trying to make things miserable for Sami and E.J. Where were his worries about Ally when he went off to live in China with his girlfriend. He didn’t have Ally with him then. Hell, he didn’t even tell anyone he was going to live in China. He is, and always will be, full of hot air. He was perfectly willing to let Ally stay with E.J. in the mansion while Sami was in jail. This, too, will fall apart, I’m sure. Ally has never been neglected or needed protection the entire time she’s been living there. He’s “Luchihuahua”, whose bark has always been bigger than his bite. So much for that ‘friendship’ I guess.
October 25, 2013 at 2:57 pm #41468majencoParticipantWell in a contest of skeletons in the closet EJ and Sami would take the cake over Lucas any day. When he was living in China Sami was with Rafe. While Sami was in prison Stefano was not in the mansion. I think he has a good case against them.
October 25, 2013 at 3:22 pm #41470PattiParticipantI didn’t say Stefano was there. I still do not believe Stefano or E.J., or even Kristen for that matter, would intentionally hurt Ally. But, I can see Lucas’ point for having concerns about his daughter as well.
October 26, 2013 at 3:11 am #41480majencoParticipantYeah I just figured Lucas might be ok with Ali living there if he knew Stefano wasn’t there but now he is all against it.
