     According to Days Cafe, the real Marlena has been moved elsewhere and the woman in the bed now is Hattie. Kayla, John, and Roman are in on the switch in order to give Marlena time. Hattie agreed to do this. 

    I wonder if Hattie will get time off of her sentence.

    is a healthy woman being on a ventilator? And John looks too genuinely upset to be that good an actor? So I guess my theory of getting Marlena out of there wasn’t so far fetched!

     But they would have had to have done the switch after surgery before "Marlena" was brought back to her room.

     until they have to unplug her. Then while no one was looking, they switched her for Hattie and kept Marlena on the respirator. Only on Days!

    It happened on Friday when Kayla said "Just give me a few mins" and she went into the room solo.

     I do too TFlo…I thought it was strange when they all came back in the room an she already had the vent out.
