ALISON SWEENEY MAKES "DAYS" HISTORY THIS MONTH…FIRST FEMALE TO LEAD MONTHLY RANKINGS 39 TIMES IN "DAYS" HISTORY: Alison Sweeney (Sami) has clinched the top spot in the May 2013 episode rankings. This is her 39th time as the monthly episode leader, moving her past Kristian Alfonso (Hope) and Susan Seaforth Hayes (Julie), who each led the rankings 38 times during their "Days" careers. Sweeney becomes the first female to ever lead the monthly rankings 39 times. She is now in 4th place all-time, behind Peter Reckell (Bo, 46 times), Macdonald Carey (Tom, 44 times) and Drake Hogestyn (John, 41 times). PREEMPTIONS REMINDER: "Days" will be nationally preempted on Thursday, June 6 and Friday, June 7 for coverage of the French Open Tennis semifinals. Additionally, "Days" will be airing in special time slots for many affiliates in the Mountain and Pacific time zones on Thursday, June 13 and Friday, June 14 for coverage of US Open Golf.
