I’m trying to understand why they would turn Jennifer into such hateful shrew. I’ve been watching this show since the first day it was on, and Jennifer used to be a beloved character. Are they setting it up so Jennifer exposes Nicole, and then Dan says, "oh yes, I love Jennifer so much because of her screaming and pointing and she is just so ugly that I must have her"? I can’t imagine why Daniel would want her after how she’s been behaving. But, then I remembered that her mother, Laura, went crazy. Maybe they’re going to have Jennifer go crazy too. Caroline only had ONE crazy episode, and forgot some stuff (disappointed in the Alzheimer’s storyline so far) and she gets carted off to California for a cure. Jennifer has been 10 TIMES as crazy as Caroline ever was. I think she needs to go visit Laura in the mental ward.

It is a cheap way to do biz. But at least if Jen were found to be a bit “off” due to inheriting her mother’s madness I could take that. But I don’t think that’s the case and I do agree Caroline’s behavior – still at that early stage – was taken a bit to the extreme by her family.November 6, 2012 at 8:25 am #36268BonbonParticipantabout trying to save Daniel from that evil woman but when Sami wants to do the same thing she does a 180 and doesn’t want to talk about it. Huh?

Marlena will, I’m sure, turn into a paranoid mess since Kristen returned, and I have no doubt she will take on a personality depicting her as a weak, crumbling mess. Adding to that, they’ll probably turn John into a sympathetic backer of Kristen, the thought of which makes me wonder what in the world these writers are trying to do. These set-ups of Kristen always popping up wherever John seems to be is getting on my nerves. I would rather see Kristen and Kate going at it then have them turn Marlena and John into characters we simply will not recognize. As for Sami, at least they are writing her true to form. Everyone else seems to be like looking at a whole new character entirely. Jennifer has become practically unwatchable, and so has Nicole.
