BUT, there is no way Chloe was able to nurse Holly minutes after get a prescription from the doctor and taking it. I was involved with La Leche League for many years while nursing my 3 kids, I was even a leader. If you have no milk and your trying to induce lactation, you’d need to have a supplemental nursing system set up with formula and tubing hooked up to the breast. You don’t just magically turn on a spigot.
I know it’s a soap opera, and we never see any accuracy in the medical area, but most of us aren’t doctors or nurses, so we often won’t notice. I’m betting at least half the women who watch have actually breastfed a baby. Fooling us is not going to be easy.
I am a nurse midwife and this this just so far removed from reality. But then Day’s has never be well grounded in the real world!
They must have been some super fast-working pills, or maybe they were magic pills (said with sarcasm). In any event, okay Dena, we got it, it was all done to cause more aggravation to Nicole, but now do you still wonder why you were fired…..AGAIN? First year medical students would be laughing their buns off at the ridiculousness of that scene. OMG thankfully we only have about 4 months left of you and your hack job you call writing. So pay attention Mr. Carlivati, wake up Quan, and Sheri will know better, but it’s up to all involved on this writing staff to finally realize you can fool some of the audience some of the time, but you can’t fool DOOL fans!!!
