You’d think after two days of No Days that we’d have interesting or exciting show. That was more boring than watching paint dry. And I love Abe, but give him a story. Running around delivering medals from a race no one saw was just using him as a prop. BTW, speaking of Abe, I think he and Kayla had more chemistry than Kayla and Justin. They are a snooze!
I FFed through Nicole/Sarah and Eric as well as what’s-his-name and Sonny.
I liked Ben sticking up for Will, but man, Clyde is going to pull some **** to get revenge.
Could Ciara be more stupid using a drill in the mansion and then not even locking the door before starting??
Ciera is stupid! Why wouldn’t she go somewhere else and lock the damn door! I also ff’ed through Sonny and what’s-his-name. What a useless story. I did watch Nicole/Sarah/Eric, but I have to admit, Eric is just phoning it in. I couldn’t even care about him. He didn’t have any emotion and sort of made an effort to be angry. The whole thing is stupid. Does he not see that Nicole honored Sarah’s wishes. Sure she knew, but it really wasn’t her story to tell.
She gave her real first name to the kidnapper! There will be revenge from Clyde(not a spoiler,just based on the characters)!
I watched about 5 minutes of Monday’s show and fast forwarded some of yesterday’s show, namely Eric and Nicole and Sonny and the other guy. Everything was so boring. And I agree with you about Eric. I used to love Eric and now he practically sucks the life out of every scene. He whispers his lines, has a constant troubled look of angst, and has been looking terrible for such a good looking guy. Tired of this mopey character right now.
I used to like Eric also, but I cant believe how he has been acting. He is furious with Nicole, but if anything, he should be angry at Sarah! And I can’t believe how he came storming into the mansion making demands to see the baby and getting custody. He is turning into a real jerk!
when I have to fast-forward more of a show than watch, it tells me that I am wasting one precious hour of my life every day it is on the air, and I don’t know how much I can, or even want to, do this. If I don’t see a vast improvement by year end, my holiday wishes to each and every one of you may be the last you hear from me. I am just not willing to watch something I do not enjoy watching, no matter how long it’s been on the air.
I hear Christmas and New Years are supposed to bring some clarity. I also am keeping my fingers crossed that it ends this stupid Gina story.
I heard the same thing. There was even a post from Carlivati on my DOOL spoiler alerts on my phone that said basically the same thing. Supposedly, something "BIG" is supposed to happen at year end, maybe like New Year’s Eve, so I will at least be sticking around until then. Believe me, the last thing I want to do is leave a soap I have been with since it started, but I have never, ever felt like I do now about what was my all time favorite soap, and I blame it all on poor writing. Again, I am sorry to say that I think Carlivati is as bad a writer as they come, and many have come and gone on DOOL!
I am so sick of the bearded scruffy look on almost every male actor and athlete. Thank god I’m a Yankee fan; they have a no beard allowed policy.
One of the guys who played in this year’s World Series looked like he’s been living in a cave for a few years. Absolutely awful.
been like this all his tenure. Remember his priest days – soooo in anguish all the time. That gets very tiring.
Greg/Eric looks like a homeless guy. I understand JJ looking awful. His character is supposedly grieving and doing drugs. What is Eric’s excuse. Nothing except he’s lazy. He looks like he’s a person seeking help at the Horton center, not the person running it.
I completely agree, Carol J. I am a Red Sox fan but if I had to say one nice thing about the Yankees, it would be that I like their policy on no beards or even the “I haven’t shaved in 3 days” look. They look neat and clean, the way professional athletes should look in my opinion. No long hair or facial hair. Some of MLB players (and Red Sox ones, too!) look like they’re either auditioning for a spot in ZZ Top or have high hopes of becoming a caveman.
