Mysterious Prisoner

I can see that the prisoner learning Susan is alive is Clyde. He took it out on EJ because EJ remembered that Clyde had him killed a while back, so to make EJ pay is by creating the illusion that Susan was killed & sending her off to Edmund. But the problem that I have is no one knew what was going to play out that night of Susan’s so-called death, much less, Clyde for that matter, so with him not knowing what was going to happen that night, I can’t see him sending her to Edmund, who he had no knowledge of given the steel bars & the stone walls of the prison would have him have Wi-Fi to learn as to who she was once married to, now would he?
