So Chloe was a surrogate and it is Daniel and Nicole’s kid. I’m looking forward to seeing Nicole finally become the mom she has always longed to be.
BTW, during those scenes with Dan Nicole would have had shorter hair. But who’s noticing!I was just coming here to say it was nice to see Daniel today! I know many aren’t fans of his, but I am. Especially him and Nicole. That was great he came back to tape this. Although you’d think this would have been a big story at the time he was alive & you’d also think Nicole would be wondering, no?

and although I suspected that this would be the case, it would have been nice if we had seen those flashbacks, but I agree that it was great seeing Shawn Christian on screen again, and looking so handsome, too. That being said, I am really looking forward to this sl. My question is going to be after carrying this child for so long and being so protective of her baby, is Chloe going to be willing to give the child up that easily now? She loves Nicole, but this is undoubtedly going to be a very hard decision for her, even tough there evidently was a time when she offered to be a surrogate for Nicole and Daniel (which I swear I can’t remember), and it still does not change the fact that this is Chloe and Daniel’s child and Parker’s biological sibling, plus she has bonded with her baby now. I can’t help but wonder whether Chloe will be able to simply hand this baby over to Nicole once she realizes that Deimos, assuming he and Nicole get back together, will still wind up being the baby’s father? Also, am I understanding correctly that the fertility doctor made a mistake and the first embryo transplant did take? Interestingly, I’m all in for this sl!
It was the SECOND one that took – and the fertility clinic got it wrong (saying she wasn’t pregnant but she actually was.)
And the reason you can’t remember the surrogte convo. is because it never happened. Well it did – history rewritten – which is why we the viewers never saw it. And I assume you meant "this is Nicole and Daniel’s child and Parkers biological sibling."
I’m okay with the history re-write if it gives Nic a happily ever after. And while I wasn’t a SC/Daniel fan – he looked good w/his haircut and beefier chest. Yum! lol
since so far we don’t know if legally Chloe will have to give up her child conceived with a father who is now deceased, unless there’s a written agreement we haven’t seen either. LOL!
This is Nicole and Daniel’s baby right? They said in the flashback that they harvested Nicole’s eggs and Daniel deposited his sperm. Chloe is simply carrying the baby or did I misunderstand?
she talked to Dr Lee and that he understood and the paperwork said she was able to try to get pregnant as many times as she wanted- with Nicole and Daniel’s frozen embryos. So it is their baby but it does get sticky in that Nicole had no knowledge about it. Although we know she will end up with the baby. I do think this would have been a great storyline back then, going through the egg harvesting, etc., isn’t easy, I’ve done it. With someone like Nicole, this would have been a huge deal. So while it is rewritten history, I’m okay with it. And the timeline makes sense since we know Daniel was already dead when she got pregnant.
to me how Chloe could not instantly realize early on just the possibility that the implant worked and avoid all the trouble with Deimos, etc. And why not tell Nicole? I don’t get any of it – unless she’s thinking of keeping the baby.
