I also hate how they just jump into bed together. The first thing they did together as a "couple" was have sex!!!! How backward is that!!!!!!

and put Nathan with Melanie (since TPTB seem fixated on MB), Phillip with Stephanie (since SOMEONE insists on keeping this character), leave Chloe and Daniel the hell alone, reconcile Bo with Hope and Justin with Adrienne, and as for Carly …. last time I checked, Roman was still available….or, you can unleash your cougar instincts on that gorgeous younger hunk whose life you once saved, Rafe Hernandez, since I’m beginning to believe you would be much better for him than who I absolutely love referring to now as that ‘brainless twit’, Sami Brady.
When you don’t develop a romance – and just where has any romance been on this show for ages – it doesn’t matter who you pair with who. It’s all a vapid blur to me and I wish they’d kick Steph off the show.
This whole thing with the two of them makes me want to hurl! Sorry, there is no chemistry with them and it’s somewhat reminiscent of the Chloe/Lucas scenes. Gross! And what’s with Stephanie telling Nathan she loves him? She just started going out/sleeping with him. Really how many dates have they had–that don’t include sex. There is nothing romantic or the least bit interesting about these two in a relationship. Disgusting!
Although I don’t like it, that seems to be the norm, people often jump into bed together without getting to know one another first, unfortunately. It’s pushed even more by the Hollywood agenda, so I’m not sure why it’s such a surprise on a soap opera. I know back in the day Days had a lot of romance, less funny business and whatnot, but our society and all tv and movies have changed drastically since then. Personally I think it’s really sad, but I don’t think it’s going to change. It’s not like they have masqueraded this as a "family show." LOL
I don’t mind love scenes…..but at least ramp it up.
Like EJ and Sami…..at least there’s sexual tension that once they do it, it will feel like….oh, ok, that was coming! Or, Brady and Chloe’s first time, or Mike and Carrie (as weird as that one was)……at least as viewers we were looking forward to it. With Nathan and Stephanie they just hopped in the sack. BORING!
especially into a public trash receptical, is very dangerous to the homeless, who do search through trash cans for food and other items as well. In many instances they do not understand that they could be ingesting something lethal. That was more than irresponsible of Stephanie to do that. I hope she is outed, although Melanie calling her a liar in that moment almost made me choke on my lunch. Melanie sounded and acted like a 6 year old again yesterday, especially when she was in the room with Brady.
