So after she gets confronted by Liam at the safety deposit box he makes threats against his ex for having given Nicole the key. He says something like "I’ll take care of her." Once he’s gone Nicole is only interested in covering her own ass. She never calls this poor woman to give her a heads up that Liam is probably coming after her again. But today she’s all gung-ho to protect her new bestie Jennifer. So much sloppy writing. Try some consistency!
Was a time she had NO friends except for Chloe, who eventually turned on her, too; now she has Daniel, Jennifer, Rafe, Maggie (to a point), Caroline, and even Marlena has warmed toward her, even though she’s still suspicious. Let’s see how that worm turns after her secret comes out…if it ever does! Don’t get me wrong…I absolutely love AZ, but what Nicole is doing to Eric is unforgiveable, to me anyway. She’s been bamboozling this poor guy long enough!
I like him much more and find him more interestng when he is helping people like Daniel. This is his true calling, as I see no fireworks romance with Nicole. He doesn’t seem over the moon for her which is probably an indication that his heart still lies in the priesthood.
Eric isn’t the best one for Nicole. She needs someone who really loves her for herself. I think Rafe would be good with Nicole, and maybe keep her in line when she gets bad ideas in her head. I would love to see Nicole happy for a change.
I, too, would love to see Nicole happy. She had come so far and then she goes and destroys the evidence. I hope in someway she can redeem herself for what she did and come clean, though it may be kind of late for that. I don’t think I would like Rafe and Nicole together. Perhaps her and Daniel if he and Jen don’t work out.
