she knows darn well that her baby was dead BEFORE she went up those steps after Jennifer. I am not particularly a Jennifer fan right now, but I have to take her side in this blatant manipulation on Nicole’s part to take Jenifer out of Daniel’s life. Whether her fall was a slip, a loss of balance from Jen pulling away from her, or whatever other reason she chooses to concoct, the fact of the matter is that her baby was already dead and she knew it, yet she still continues to insist it was murder on Jennifer’s part. What a *itch she is, using her innocent yet very dead baby to convince Daniel to take her side is disgusting to me. I hope somehow the truth comes out before Daniel makes the second biggest mistake of his life.
with Nicole. I think she needs someone to blame for the baby dying and this event with Jen was just the thing to accomplish that. This way she doesn’t have to blame herself, which I think she was doing.
And…I think she is beginning to actually believe that Jen pushed her down the stairs intentionally. They say if you tell a lie often enough, you will come to believe it yourself and I think that’s what’s happening with her.
I cannot believe the speed with which Roman threw Jennifer in jail. No formal investigation, nothing, just toss her little blonde butt in the can. With all the horibble things EJ has done and Stefano they cannot be locked up with all kinds of proof but a woman grieving and half out of her mind tells them a story and they just go and believe it. Jeez, well I guess that’s what happens when you cut salaries so badly that the good cops all leave, LOL. you don’t have enough people to investigate so just throw em in, lock em up and convict all those really bad people in Salem like Jennifer.
I agree with you, Bonbon. I am sure that Nicole feels guilty that she somehow caused her baby’s death. Also she is grieving and groggy and I am sure she is in a fog.
Have you ever tried to remember an event that had happened to you? It happened in an instant and we don’t have instant slow down replays like football!!! You remember what you want to and it is easier to blame jen than admit it was an accident.
But if Jen relives the moment, she might start doubting herself, especially since both Brady and Abigail doubt her!!
I think Nicole is starting to actually believe her lie, convince herself that it’s true. Habitual liars often do that.
