Nicole supposedly has $5M in an off-shore account. Yesterday it was mentioned that EJ had it frozen. How in the hell could he have done that. He’s a private citizen and only a court order could accomplish that. And WHAT, pray tell, would be the basis of a court order? Further, that’s the reason for off-shore accounts, they are nob subject of US legal jurisdiction. Another flimsy plot device with no research.
Knowing Nicole and EJ she porbably didn’t have an offshore account but he’s got tenticles that reach everywhere and either set it up for her or had connections and was able to have himself on the account also. Of course I’m just reaching here we all know in Salem there’s no such thing as privacy and anyone can have access to any informatin they want at any time.
