    Well I just turned to NBC to watch Days, instead tune in to see Big East Football Preview.  I know it’s a holiday but come on!   GRRR!     Guess I’ll go back to watching my foodnetwork Chopped marathon.

    Walked Chip for 90 minutes this morning.  After lunch went to the gym and did some ab work and 25 minutes on the elliptical.

    Golf is not my cup of tea. I was not happy to see it on TV. I know I complained when we had no Days because of tennis, but golf is even a bigger sleeper, IMHO.

    for sure…watching golf on t.v. works better than an Ambien to put my lights out.
