Just goes to show you they can do good drama when they want to – that JJ scene getting shot (as someone else said) was great!!!
Funny how Orpheus said to Hope "Hope is it?" As if he didn’t know who she was. Was that snarky? Cuz it came off like a script error.
And why did Orpheus use a voice disguiser if he was right outside the pub? LOL
but Hope, once again requiring Rafe’s assistance, who then required Eduardo’s assistance, to pull those 3 wires to disconnect that bomb with 4 seconds left on the clock, sill has me laughing up my sleeve. I keep thinking of a line from Young Frankenstein between the late great Gene Wilder and Marty Feldman (Igor) —- "NOT THE THIRD SWITCH"!!! LOL! C’mon Quan/Higley…..must do better than that.
didn’t bother me so much as that is a tired and well used device in that situation in movies and on tv. I was only a little bit disappointed that it didn’t blow up Jenny girl since she is truly on my last nerve, LOL. and I thought we might get a bonus and lose old JJ too, but nope. Although that scene was well done and I really was impressed by JJ’s acting chops there.
Now when Orpheus grabbed Marlena and took the cop’s gun, well that I could see coming from a mile away. I just wish they had shown the scene outside the room and then heard a shot….and left it till the next day to find out what happened. But Orpheus took the easy way out hopefully leaving Marlena psychological trauma by telling her she had one more death on her conscious. as if she would worry about him. Oh and btw, since when does Marlena carry around a doctor’s bag filled wtih anesthetic and syringes and such? just because of the chaos in Salem?
