Please don’t let him get mixed up with Theresa. He showed at the AA meeting just what he thought of her and now he’s doing a one-eighty? No, no, no, please don’t let him go there.
And are they turning him into a bastard again? From the way he treated JJ and Sonny, and everybody really since he fell off the wagon, I got the feeling this isn’t just a rebellious streak resulting from his drinking but that he’s actually changing character. I so hate to see that happen because I’ve always liked Brady (well, since his reformation waaaaay back when Kyle played him), but I don’t know if I can take that reversal. Maybe when John returns he’ll knock some sense into that empty head of his.
Everybody hates me, nobody understands me, blah, blah, blah. Brady is way too old for this shtick and, IMO, way too old to get mixed up with Theresa. When he takes off at Eric and tells him he KNOWS he wanted Kristen, he could see it in his face and makes this whole thing Eric’s fault I just want to jump through the screen and smack the living daylights out of his smug, drunken, doped up face. Oh yeah when he gave JJ crap about being in the park and he knew what for…hello, why the heck were you there big boy? Time to kick Brady to a rehab clinic and allow him to come back as a more mature version of himself, please.
Well said, dval. I am a bit surprised at his behavior towards Eric still. I thought that had been resolved. Doesn’t he know that Kristen raped Eric?
If the situation were reversed and someone had given Kristen a date-rape drug or some such would he think Kristen “wanted it”? Nope, he’d blame the guy who drugged her.
to fix Brady short of a real tragedy, like both him and Theresa o.d.’ing together, but maybe that would be a good thing. He certainly needs something to wake him up and show him what he’s becoming. He’s always written as a loser and now he’s become a joke of a character to me. I cannot stand to watch this hook-up with Theresa being anything other than drinking/drugging buddies, but you almost know that it will turn to sex at some point, and that I simply can’t fathom. I’m rooting for John to be able to get through to him, but I know it won’t be easy. Until then I see Brady falling deeper and deeper into the black hole of oblivion. He’s turned into a clown for me, and not a funny one at that. I did more fast-forwarding on him and Theresa yesterday than anyone else.

LMAO…I can always count on Victor for supplying my humor whenever he is on my screen.
I appreciate Victor more now, since he seems to have mellowed during the past few years. He slays me with those unexpected one-liners! Yes, Brady is acting like a child right now. I fear he’s going too far into the dark side, because Teresa can do nothing but mess him up further. Eventually, there has to be something to knock him out of it, because he is one of my favorites. –
