Four people in the room during a polygraph test? And two different people asking questions? Do the writers think we’re all a bunch of potatoheads?
And how can you pay someone off to manipulate the test? It’s all in black and white for everybody to see. I guess the writers must have slept through breakfast the day they wrote that script.
July 9, 2012 at 9:39 pm #34185caseyParticipantlook like a bunch of knuckleheads. How does Josh Taylor do this with a straight face?!
July 9, 2012 at 10:34 pm #34186PattiParticipantbut, honestly, I probably only watched about 15 minutes of this farce today and found myself fast-forwarding most of it. Brady and Madison —- same boring dialogue; Ian and Kate —- somewhat interesting, but for all of Kate’s suspicion of Ian intentionally drugging Brady and then having him suddenly kiss her, knocking over her protein drink —- well, I would have thought Kate would have not let that slide by so easily, especially when she recognized it was the same powder that Brady has been using for his protein drink —- ugh, then the whole ordeal with the lie detector test was so bad, I was actually embarrassed for James Scott; the rest of them are naturally stupid —- oh, and let’s not ignore Carrie/Rafe/Austin except that they did not fail to be puke-worthy once again —- what more can we say about them that we haven’t said already, soooooo, once again, Nicole and Daniel saved the day, because for me they were the best thing on the screen today. I just love, love, love them together. By the way, who was the person in black who paid that sleazy little man to have the test rigged so that E.J. would fail it (ROTFLMAO) —- any takers it was Stefano????? And, please, Will, wipe that stupid grin off your face and stop trying to be a tough guy before E.J. squashes you like the annoying little bug you are becoming —- you’re just not built for this role. So, for me, they may as well have taken the scripts from today’s show and used them to line bird-cages. But, at least Corday has AZ and SC to thank their part in today’s show — saved his a$$ BIG TIME. The rest of these horrific scripts can be flushed, although there were so many today, they would probably cause a major toilet back-up!
July 10, 2012 at 2:16 am #34187NoraParticipantAt least Kate had a better dress on today, I actually sort of liked it. It looked alot better on her than that garbage she had on the other day, at least they never wear the same thing twice, except EJ and that damn pink shirt!
July 10, 2012 at 3:33 pm #34190PattiParticipantI can’t understand half of what he says. I call him "Mr. Mumbles."
July 10, 2012 at 9:45 pm #34195caseyParticipantthe obvious revelation “we need hard evidence to prove EJ murdered his father.” You don’t say! And how many times did we hear that.
July 11, 2012 at 1:01 pm #34199luckeyParticipantWill character. Sorry, but I really don’t enjoy seeing him on screen. All he does is smirk through all of his scenes! Then, when he has a straight face, he looks like a little five-year old who is trying to look innocent of being caught with his hand in the cookie jar. I’m not a fan…just my personal opinion; but, this isn’t cutting it for me. And the Will/EJ partnership is straight comedy in my book as it makes Will look like a little boy trying to play grown-up.
July 11, 2012 at 2:30 pm #34201PattiParticipantHe’s what, 19, and thinks he now "owns" the likes of E.J. DiMera. Please, this only makes him look all the more comical for me, too. He acts like a dip-sh*t to his parents, but he practically crushes on E.J., no matter how badly E.J. degrades him. And the way Will gazes, almost lovingly, into E.J.’s eyes while trying to show the hold he believes he has on E.J. makes it worse. It appears to me to be the writers way of "keeping it gay" for Will’s storyline, but giving him strength and power over a DiMera. Sure, he’s got E.J. right where he wants him right now, but if Will was smart he would pay attention to Lucas, who knows only too well what E.J. does to people. Will’s "I’m in charge now" attitude with E.J. is getting on my last nerve. He’s like a toothache for me now, mainly because he just is NOT convincing in the role. A lot of people think he’s having "feelings" for E.J., but I don’t think that’s what it is. I think he actually does "hate" E.J., yet wants to be him. Instead, he looks more like a kid playing dress-up in daddy’s clothes. I swear, the day he walks on screen in a grey suit, pink shirt and striped tie, I’ll scream out loud.
July 11, 2012 at 7:30 pm #34204BonbonParticipantI’m really getting tired of all his snarky smiles, and so frequently at the most inappropriate times. I don’t know if the director is telling him to do it or if his own idea but I hate it.
And now they even have him dressing like EJ? Egads!
July 11, 2012 at 9:39 pm #34210BrandyRoseParticipantsmirky expression. I thought his smirkiness was amusing at first, getting up in EJ’s face. But you guys are right. It is almost predictable what expression Will is going to wear each day, at least for a while.
I also think Will is trying to "be" EJ. He seems to worship EJ’s lifestyle, luxury cars and apartments, and lots of money, no matter if he has to turn into a criminal. I don’t think he knows right from wrong, sadly.
