Am I the ONLY one who would prefer Sonny with Paul? LOL. Which couple am I supposed to be rooting for? Will is quite the unlikeable character right now – so I feel compelled to root for Paul.
Oh and John is soooooo the father. Or it’s Stefano and she is reacting this way b/c she knows John could recognize her from being with Stefano.
Thoughts?!?
March 4, 2015 at 8:08 am #46657BonbonParticipantin this Sonny/Will/Paul thing. Will has become so dislikeable to me and I still can’t decide if Paul is a good guy or bad. His character is just too nebulous for me.
As for John being his father. OMG, NO! Do not go there, writers, do NOT go there.
March 4, 2015 at 11:10 am #46658PattiParticipantnot becuse it’s not a good s/l, but because I find fault in all three of them; I can see the wrongs committed by all three, even though most put all of the blame on Will. I think the story has run its course for me, and I’m ready for Sonny to take a break and for all 3 to get the help they need to screw their heads on straight. I stick to my original feelings about Paul though; he was also deceived and given such mixed messages right from the start, but now that’s over. the truth is out, and Paul needs to step aside (which I think he has been trying to do) and allow Will and Sonny the space and time to heal, since I still believe they are "end game."
March 4, 2015 at 2:41 pm #46662caseyParticipantmakes the difference when all this blows over and the married couple will survive. Will still bugs me though with his behavior from the getgo – leaving his newlywedded hubby for the lure of Hollywood and barely contacting him. Then all consumed with the Paul story to the point of celebrating New Year’s Eve with him over Sonny and of course the cheating incident.
March 4, 2015 at 4:41 pm #46667PattiParticipantbut it mean that he did not still have feelings for Paul …. yes, I know he didn’t act on those feelings, but it does not mean he didn’t have them, and I think that’s what Will senses now. Sonny may have rejected Paul’s attempt at reconciling, but he didn’t know Will and Sonny were a couple either, and Sonny didn’t know that Will was interviewing Paul, plus it was obvious (at least to me) that Sonny was having second thoughts about Paul once he popped back into his life. I think this is why Sonny feels he has to leave Salem and decide exactly who he wants to be with, and more importantly why? I think Paul is a good guy and he will walk away, but he has to believe that is really and truthfully what Sonny wants, since Paul obviously still loves Sonny very much. I agree that Ari will be the deciding factor in all of this.
March 5, 2015 at 12:00 am #46664justwonderingParticipantDon’t forget Will turning the blame around and throwing it at Sonny. Will is an immature boy who doesn’t take responability for what happened. Even though he left Sonny for Hollywood and hardly called him, even when Paul tracked Sonny down and wanted to get back with him, Sonny stayed true. Will went into the interview removing his wedding ring. Who does that?
This is on Will.
March 5, 2015 at 7:31 am #46668BonbonParticipantonly because there is going to be some future storyline involving this family, apparently between his mother and John and Marlena. That means Paul will still be around to interact with them. I don’t think they will allow his character to just sit in the background and stagnate.
March 5, 2015 at 2:11 pm #46669caseyParticipantWill not wearing his ring during the interview was so stupid and laughable. And wasn’t Will touted as the “parent figure” to Sami when he was growing up? While Sami was impetuous and irresponsible Will was the sensible reliable one.
March 5, 2015 at 3:05 pm #46670justwonderingParticipantWell at least Will can’t get pregnant from his affair with Paul. LOL
