be warned the crap is coming with those two! I am not a happy person. I still don’t know which I hate more the Austin/Abby stuff or the Rafe/Sami. Blahh
There is absolutely no chemistry between both of these forced couples, IMO. I can only hope they nip it in the bud long before we have to watch this mess. It has really turned me off to all 4 characters, especially Rafe and Carrie, who claim to love their spouses and are very affectionate to their own spouses, even with the lustful, over-the-shoulder looks shared between Carrie and Rafe. Abbey and Austin are slightly different, in that I think Abbey’s feelings are more of an infatuation with a man who is virtually oblivious of a young woman who is practically family. Hopefully Jack and Jennifer will soon become aware of this and stop it before it goes any further …. or at least let Austin in on it before it goes too far.
This makes me physically I’ll to even think about! they have barely any chemistry as friends yet alone……..well you know, it’s another forced relationship that has NOOOOOOO chemistry. ZIP ZERO ZILTCH!! Like chloe and Lucas, or carrie and Lucas. Poor Lucas he seems to be in a lot of these forced relationships, the only one that remotely works is his relationship with Sami, it said on dayscafe It says that Lucas arrives, and is samis new and improved BFF! Sami is also jealous about carrie and rafe spending time together. Rafe is upset that Sami is maddisons mole. Doesn’t like her being her old sneaky self, but Sami is having the time of his life! I wonder hiow Brady is going to react? I bet he acts better than rafe.
Agree about Abby too. I hope that jack and Jenn learn she has a crush on austin and puts an end to it!I have come to expect nothing less from Days. I haven’t watched in a LONG time, but I now have figured out the reason why! Can one couple NOT be happy on this show?! GEEZ!!
Lucas is coming back, advertised on Days Cafe as Sami’s new and improved BFF. So what do you think that means? I am sick of this nonsense. This stuff with Rafe…everytime he looks at Carrie he gets that goofy look on his face he used to have when he was Faux-Rafe. It makes me sick, LOL.
You are so right, dval! I noticed that goofy look when Rafe and Carrie were battling the heat in their office. He was exactly like faux Rafe. I am laughing right now picturing that horribly forced, ridiculous farce with them trying to keep cool in the office. I bet the actors hated doing that.
how much more of this garbage they are going to force down my throat before I quit watching entirely. And trust me on this, I am the absolute LAST fan willing to give up on this show so when I leave, you will know they can’t possibly sink any lower.
I have watched this soap since Day One and have refused to give up on it all these last dreadful years, but, like you, they are just pushing me out the door now. All these silly "shirtless" scenes nearly everyday in the reception area of the spa are totally stupid. And the sleezy sex sessions are insulting. I miss those romantic days with Doug and Julie, wish they could keep them on the screen longer than once a month. Oh, well, just wanted to say to BonBon how right you are about this.

Do we know if these scenes have been shot yet? When are they set to air?
This whole thing is just ridiculous. Why should we, the audience, invest any time in the couples, when they seem to be so interchangeable? For that matter, why should we invest our time in the stories at all??? If the writers, or the powers-that-be care so little for us, then we should return the favor. I am a 40 year viewer…and about to be a 40 more minute viewer…enough is enough…
That dance on Friday was so stupid! First of all, the whole "dressing up like a prince and princess" was so contrived for the plot. Secondly, who in the middle ages danced like they did?? I’ve decided that the solution to this mess is hidden in Stefano’s and Alice’s secret box. Hopefully, one of the secrets will be that Rafe and Carrie are related so then they CAN’T be together!
