1.) Was Kim a prostitute who slept with Victor when she was young?
2.) Did she leave Shane for another man many years ago? Maybe even had a child with him? If so, did she get back with Shane before this past year when he was in jail?
I hope someone can clarify all this. Thanks ahead of time.
Kimberly was a prostitute but when she slept with Victor she was in love with Shane. She was helping him in his investigation of Victor whom Kimberly was a friend of and when Shane was in danger Kimberly slept with Victor to save Shane’s life.
When Kimberly left it was with Phillip Collier (sp) and as far as I remember it’s never been discussed until now that her and Shane had gotten back together since then.
I know I’d read an article that the head writer wasn’t happy with the way Shane and Kimberly ended and when they were planning the memorial for Alice she went to the Executive Producer and asked if Shane and Kimberly could be brought back so they could have the happy ending they deserved. With that I’m guessing they’ve written a little off camera history or are hoping that the viewers won’t remember that they’d separated in 92 or 93.
Also, after Kim and Shane split up, Shane had a relationship with Kayla. This was while Steve was "dead." I really hated that storyline. Just seeing Kimberly having to watch Shane with her sister was very painful.
I’m not sure if she married him or not. Or was that Kayla with Cal. That was a very bad time. Shane and Kayla was the worst pairing EVER. Even Charles S. said the same thing.
Cal was a nut and seemed to stalk Kimberly. If I remember he kidnapped her twice, the second time he took Kayla also.
I thought when she returned for Shawn’s funeral, which wasn’t all that long ago, that they talked about her significant other (husband?) back in California. Does anyone else remember this? I wasn’t watching the show when Shane and Kimberly left, so I thought this was common knowledge/show history. Can anyone help me with this? Has there been no mention of what happened to this guy?
At the time of Shawn’s funeral I thought they were talking about Phillip in California. No mention of what happened to that relationship at all.
