To me, Dimitri & Kristen still has their DiMera Shares. The reason as to why they still have them is because this pertains to Dimitri, with him knowing that Gabi & Stefan witnessed his shooting, he also he knew that he was blackmailed in order for him to get medical attention, so couldn’t he blackmail them by exposing that they blackmailed him to get them back, hence, as to why he still has them, because he could blackmail them into giving them back to him, given as to how Dimitri was blackmailed out of them. The same with Kristen, with Marlena knowing that what Brady, Gabi & Stefan had put into motion to for GabFan to get Kristen’s shares, Marlena could easily pull the rug out of Gabi & Stefan into giving Kristen’s shares back to her, because they had her granddaughter to be used as a weapon against Kristen, she may not be Kristen’s biggest fan, but still, Rachel is still her granddaughter, she would fight tooth & nail to nail Gabi & Stefan in using Rachel this way, now wouldn’t she? No matter if GabFan got rid of the video.
Brady didn’t know Gabi and Stefan’s ulterior motive for supposedly helping him when he spoke to Marlena. But now that he does, perhaps he and Marlena could cut a deal with Kristen for shared custody if they can get Kristen’s shares back. The problem is there is no evidence and it would be their word against Stefan and Gabi’s word. Plus Kristen may rather have sole custody of Rachel over her shares. She’s still getting dividends, just lost voting power.
Actually she doesn’t, she can go to Li & tell him as to what his “saintly” little Gabi had pulled with Rachel as a weapon, Kristen can persuade him to give her, his shares, hence, also having his voting power, now couldn’t she? Then there’s Wendy with how she got her job on the spot at the PD, with what she had done with Rafe’s computer, she could bring back the computer video to prove as to what Gabi & Stefan had pulled, now couldn’t she, so there is a way for Brady & Marlena to prove as to what Gabi & Stefan had gotten rid of, right?
