For a while there, I thought things were picking up, but it’s really dragging now and frankly I’m starting to lose interest. They better pick up the pace today or I’ll be ff’ing soon. I get that they want a Dimera connection, but they need to take a lesson from Jack Bauer (24). I just want faux Rafe gone. I can’t stand it anymore!!!
one thing I do like is Rafe back to being in detective mode, and working with Bo and Hope just makes it all the better for me. They need to pull GG from the Sami/E.J./Nicole story room he seems to have been trapped in for eons now and let him step into the worlds of other actors/characters on the show. Putting him and Bo and Hope working together is just what I was hoping for. Now, they need to get out of this R-2 story and from there move on to bigger and better SLs.
to post the same thing. It seems to me there is no real purpose for continuing this SL. I’m no longer interested – R2 is the same character/dialog over and over. I sincerely hope the new writing team appreciates this and moves things along.
I’m looking forward when all the different people discover the two of them in the same place. That’ll be my reward for watching all this.
James Scott and Chandler Massey, who both deserved to win in my book. This show and the idiots who produce it (Daytime Emmys) just hates NBC and I refuse to watch it ever again.
but I say that every year. I only watch because they at least allow some of our people to be presenters and I love seeing them. I saw Peter R. for a nano second and not even long enough to see if it was Kelly or Kristian sitting next to him. Also saw James at the very beginning for a blink of an eye. Of course he looked amazing!
SC (Daniel) when they were presenting, and he was ON HIS CELL PHONE, not even paying attention. Too funny. But, boy, Galen is a knockout. I just think he is soooooo handsome.
Now we have to wait for Plan B (or is it D or E by now) to snag the Rafe imposter? I am So wanting this to end. I don’t care about who knows what and who might tell who. Let’s put a period on this and move on!
okay, at first I could see that Sami was afraid of E.J. finding out and taking off with the kids. But now it’s becoming tedious, boring and a little too much of a good thing turning bad. It’s just not making sense to me. I realize they need solid proof, and I’m almost sure that’s not coming anytime too soon, but knowing what we know and listening to the same dialogue day after day where this storyline is concerned is beginning to wear out for me, too.
For once it is a SL that is not the same dialog. Things are changing like Nicole’s proof not being there, Brady beating up EJ and the implications of that within this SL, etc. I was surprised Bo & Hope found out about Brady so quickly, I thought that would drag, but it didn’t. I think because it now folds into this Story and you have so many pieces of the puzzle and it is just fitting them all together now. I am not minding the speed of this SL so far because new things are added to the equation.
The proof not being there is another diversion to make this story drag. Sorry, but it is becoming painful. I knew there wouldn’t be any proof in the box because the writers are crap! So if there’s no proof, what the hell does EJ have to be afraid of–you know the Dimeras did it, so why does this story keep going? I just want it over! It’s boring and predictable and I don’t even know why I’m watching it. To add more salt to the wound, we are also having to deal with Taylor and her un-ending love/devotion/belief of EJ and his goodness. VOMIT!!!!
If Days wants to keep viewers, they need to get a move on.as a viewer three months ago and counting because of the tripe writing…nothing new, nothing fresh. I was a 20 year die hard fan to the point of being upset if I missed one episode, (which believe me was a rarity and only happened if the power went out). No more. I will come back to watch when J&M return but as for the rest, even my favorites on the show don’t hold my interest anymore…to much rinse and repeat! And I loved watching a soap because of the never-ending story…I like my books that I read to be 800 pages plus, but I do not like the same story over and over and over again.
I agree that most of the SLs are WAY to slow and the SAME conversations over and over again. I am not sure why I don’t mind this part of the Rafe2 SL. I am excited to see new writers and I will give the show a fair chance when the new writers start. I am going to sit back and give them a chance for several months. Give them a chance to get their material fully playing and their SLs in full swing. I figure by Mid-November we should know what kind of writers they will be and whether Corday trully listened this time.
