one of two things: 1) Corday promised that although it would consume the entire summer and involve the eventual turn-around of the show by showing the fans that not only can we expect the villains to be punished for their ill deeds (the DiMeras and anyone else who blatantly commits crime with no conscience toward their acts); and 2), and even more importantly, for me at least, will be the eventual ‘pay-back’ for Sami and Rafe. Not because Sami has never done wrong in her life, but to say she has not matured or grown from her actions is simply not true. And Rafe and Sami ARE the end game, I’d be willing to bet on it, and because they are, the DiMeras have been trying to destroy him as well. I have seen posts that say the DiMeras will never go down. I don’t believe that, but I’m giving Corday the benefit of the doubt in the minds of so many. I think they will…. and I can see so many little things starting to develop that would indicate that the DiMeras ARE, in fact, going to lose this time, along with the Vivians, the Kates, the Kiriakeses, in other words, the true evil-doers. That’s not to say they won’t return to their evil ways, but this time I truly believe they are going to have to deal with the consequences of their actions — and, boy, if I’m right, I can’t wait to see it happen.

As soon as Sami clipped it onto that rose, I couldn’t help but laugh out loud, knowing full well that someone was going to either spot the bug, or that the vase would be somehow knocked over, and it would be discovered by Stefano, realizing that Sami was standing in front of it, or something along those lines. But, I must say, having Mary be the one to knock it into the water during general housekeeping exit from the room just as Marco was ready to spill the beans was perfect timing, though. C’mon, Bo and Hope …. admit it …. once again the geniuses comprising the Salem P.D. flubs another one.

July 1, 2011 at 2:28 pm #24900bluebonnetParticipantroll his eyes when Sami said she put the bug in the flower arrangement? If it hadn’t fallen in the water, it would have been thrown out when the flowers needed replacing! Come on, Sami!
July 2, 2011 at 2:52 pm #24908mommytutuParticipantthe writers could be a bit more clever. We all knew that would happen, or the flowers would have been thrown out. Heck, even Sami knew that would happen, but of course she had to do that because the story must drag on. I swear if it doesn’t end before November sweeps I may have to gouge out my eyes!
