was that really Will on Friday? Or just Lucas having a vision? I knew he was coming back, but I thought Days would do the usual popping in when Sonny and Paul were at the altar (still shaking my head over them marrying in the Catholic church!).
September 16, 2017 at 3:32 pm #53663bluebonnetParticipantDoes anyone know how long Will is going to stay on the show this time? Maybe knowing that will answer the question about whether he was a vision or not.
September 16, 2017 at 6:39 pm #53664bradysgmaParticipantAnother thing about the weddings. Were Chad & Abigail married at St. Luke’s? If so, their marriage is til death do them part and the Church does not recognize a civil divorce, so they are still married in the eyes of the church, unles they would get an annulment granted by the Church. If they weren’t married at St. Luke’s, where were they married & who performed the ceremony?
September 16, 2017 at 9:19 pm #53665PurpleLady49ParticipantI think the arc is supposed to last for several months.
September 16, 2017 at 10:07 pm #53666TFlo1018ParticipantChad said Justin was gonna try and contact Dario and if not – then they’d get an annulment.
I think Lucas saw Will BUT will THINK it was a hallucination b/c he was drunk.
September 16, 2017 at 10:22 pm #53667caseyParticipantwould not recognize the civil marriage, but what about the other way around? Wouldn’t a Catholic ceremony be recognized in civil circles, making Abs having practiced polygamy? Anyone have the answer?
September 17, 2017 at 2:14 pm #53668mommytutuParticipantthey were married at the Dimera mansion. Remember she was scared of Ben and they had all of that security.
September 17, 2017 at 5:32 pm #53669caseyParticipantif she wasn’t divorced before marrying Dario isn’t that polygamy? Or did her “death” make that void? Was she ever declared dead?
September 18, 2017 at 8:33 pm #53673GoldenDaysFanParticipantI really wanted somehow, some way that Will wasn’t really dead. So if we have to indure more of these drunken visions, I would rather not see this.
September 18, 2017 at 8:38 pm #53674bluebonnetParticipantBryan D is doing an incredible job, but seeing Chandler M as a vision just makes me miss Will all the more!
September 18, 2017 at 10:21 pm #53676caseyParticipantI expected Will’s return to be in the flesh, maybe explained by an imposter who died. But as good as Bryan’s church scene was (Lucas’ often hammy reactions took on credibility here), Will could have been anyone. All too stereotypical “angel like” dialog we’ve heard a million times. The quirkiness and unique qualities of Chandler’s Will are what I was looking forward to. I can’t imagine Will as a vision can stick around long.
September 19, 2017 at 12:16 am #53678TFlo1018ParticipantThat he’s gonna be back back – I think this is just to satisfy the Lucas SL.
September 19, 2017 at 1:45 pm #53682mommytutuParticipantif he’s just a vision?
September 19, 2017 at 1:50 pm #53683mommytutuParticipantHowever, I always hate when Days resurrects the dead. I’ll be o.k. if Will’s return puts to rest any guilt that Sonny has, leads Lucas to sobriety and forgiveness, and brings closure to any story that seemed left open. As I recall, Chandler Massey had been rumored to not be comfortable with the character being gay. Maybe if he’s only here as a ghost/vision, he can be Will with no scenes as a gay character. Who knows? I’m just glad it’s real Will and not that other guy, who was never Will.
September 20, 2017 at 3:52 pm #53690PattiParticipantbut he will be back for real, just not sure when; November sweeps maybe?
