is doing a wonderful job, even though we all hate the character of Ben. He’s come a long way since he first started on DOOL. The comments about his work on all social media, including message boards, journals, etc., have been nothing but astounding complimenting this young actor. Yesterday’s performance made me feel extremely scared for Abigail, and I don’t particularly like the character, but I felt her terror when Ben went off on her, especially when he very roughly grabbed her arm and told her not to walk away from him. When she did walk out the door, he really lost it and I could see and feel the torment in Ben, admitting he was just like Clyde and how he hated….his self! The story has begun its climax, and it’s obvious to me that Abigail is finally realizing that he is a danger to her and to her unborn child, which, to me, she should have thought about long before this. Now, it may be too late for her to run. Kudos to both RSW and Kate Mansi for an excellent performance yesterday!
When I found out Ben was the killer, I thought not a shocker! However, the writing of Ben has certainly been fantastic. THe killer wasn’t a shocker but his actions certainly were! Ben has evolved into a true villain and Robert has done a impressive job! Hopefully, this will help him in getting future wprk when his time at Days is done!
Kate has also been great.
for both of these terrific actors. I have really become impressed with KM, especially, since I never really warmed up to her when she was the town’s Princess who could never do wrong in anyone’s eyes, but she has certainly shown me her acting chops in this serial killer storyline, and from what I’ve read, the best is yet to come. I agree also that Robert Scott Wilson’s role has grown tremendously toward this young man becoming quite in demand after his days on DOOL are over.
