Once more I had to laugh when the fingerprints came in showing those 8 suspects. And Roman proclaims, "One of these people is the murderer." Really? Like it couldn’t be someone wearing gloves? I wonder how the actors don’t cringe speaking these lines!
probably become a suspect, should not have Commissioner Brady taken his statement down or, better yet, put it on tape? The Salem P.D. is an embarrassment, if not the biggest joke of all. I just hope we don’t have to go through the whole month of July with scenes like Roman displayed today. Salem would be better off taking that budget Roman and Bo are always talking about and spending it on "Rent-a-Cop."
on file? I can understand Hope (she did go to jail) and John (ditto). But all of their fingerprints are on file with the Salem PD? Even Will’s??
jobs and/or licenses require fingerprinting. Heck, being in the securities business, I’ve probably done it at least 10 times in my life. Also, all civil service jobs, teaching, banking, to get a passport, etc. That’s not surprising to me.
And they weren’t on file with the SPD, the FBI maintains a huge databank that allows the computer to search through it comparing different components (whorls, ridges, patterns) until it finds a match. Doesn’t take long now days. But I DO question how they got them all with so many being on there. The next person to pick up the gun would have smudged the previous person’s prints. And, I can’t buy the stupidity of every one of them. They’re there to commit a serious crime yet leave their prints on a gun right there at the scene. OMG!
And, as for the SPD, they might as well disband the whole organization because it seems like the media in Salem have more information on crimes than THEY do.
Bo, Hope, Abe and John were on the force not to mention ISA so I’m sure they would have had prints.
Wasn’t Marlena set up to be the Salem Stalker or whatever they called the person that shot everyone inluding Mrs. H, Maggie and Doug.
Will, I have no idea since he was never arrested or had any type of governmental job but he did have a passport to go to Switzerland so maybe he had to give it then. Also, some parents fingerprint their children in case they’re ever abducted or go missing.
Kate’s, I don’t remember her ever being arrested but she also has a passport.

They definitely do NOT require fingerprints for passports. The only time I have ever been fingerprinted was when I applied for a job with the NSA (National Security Agency), and that was 35 years ago.
all the shots that EJ fired when he was there. It can’t be that they haven’t found them yet because one totally shattered that vase.
I would have thought several of the fingerprints would have been blurred to the point of being unreadable after all those people got their paws on it not to mention the shooter was wearing gloves.
The gloves should have rubbed all the previous ones off. Also, is that the gun the shooter used? I think they just assumed that. Did they find the casing? You can only guess as to the caliber (until the autopsy) of the hole so they don’t even know whether or not Abe’s gun is the one who killed Stef.
the other bullets they found when E.J. shot the wall vases Roman explained did not match the bullet that killed Stefano; therefore, I would assume that it exited Stefano’s chest and was retrieved. Of course, they never explain the things that matter. Instead Roman revealed that there were 3 in the wall (E.J.) and 1 that killed Stefano, and knew that the gun (which looked like it was the kind that carried a clip) had only been fired once; but that they were waiting on ballistics to confirm it. Yesterday, it had already been traced and identified as being registered to Abe, and that it was the gun that was used to kill Stefano, so they had to have retrieved the bullet to say that. Of course, this is the Salem P.D. Have they ever been right about anything?
