Is Sami ever going to learn what being an employee means? She was so far out of line bringing up Madison’s time away from the office just because SHE was chastized for taking too much time having a massage at lunch. You don’t question what your boss does…EVER.
Now if it was something illegal and implicated or involved her, then yes, but Madison’s personal life is way off limits. Even if it is with her step-brother. It’s absolutely none of Sami’s business. She may be smart as far as the business aspect of it is concerned but she doesn’t have a lick of common sense. In fact, if she goes to work for Kate (which I’m sure she will), that will seal the evidence of what an idiot she is.
December 21, 2011 at 3:15 pm #29790MKParticipantI agree, Bonbon. Sami stepped way out of bounds talking to Madison that way, questioning her work time. So disrespectful. And Madison has already told Sami repeatedly that her personal life is not her business yet Sami has to keep bringing it up. Why does Sami keep saying to Madison that Brady will hurt her? How does Sami know what will happen? Sami is just concerned about herself. If Brady and Madison break up, she thinks maybe it will affect her and Madison’s working relationship. Sami doesn’t have to worry about that possibility in the future because she is sealing her own fate with the company right now for her actions.
December 21, 2011 at 3:57 pm #29793caseyParticipanthow she can still be duped by Kate. After countless incidents and Sami is supposed to be a bright girl. I personally can’t wait to see her under Kate’s thumb and all the fallout of that.
Maybe Sami is taking liberties w/Madison because of their childhood friendship. Not a good idea!December 21, 2011 at 4:19 pm #29795PattiParticipantand stay out of Madison’s and Brady’s personal lives; however, that being said, I have a feeling that with Madison’s secret phone calls and back-story, that Sami might have been right about Madison and Brady’s relationship without even knowing it. That doesn’t mean she should get in the middle of it, though; nor does it mean that she should get into bed with Kate either. Kate just wants to destroy Madison and Mad World Cosmetics, and if she brings Sami down with them, then that’s just a bonus for Kate. If their history together proves anything at all, it should remind Sami that she should be able to see right through Kate by now, sooooo, I have to ask myself ….. who’s the wolf and who’s the sheep here, and who’s going to come out on top? Sami can be just as devious as Kate if she really wants to be.
December 21, 2011 at 7:53 pm #29805luckeyParticipantfabulous corporate qualities….NOT!!! She doesn’t even have the qualifications to be a greeter at Wal-Mart! It would make me very happy to see Sami work for Kate…again…and pay the price…again.
December 21, 2011 at 9:00 pm #29809BonbonParticipantIf she decides to go with Kate, the mature and sensible thing for her to do would be to go to Madison and explain Kate’s offer and tell Madison that because of their financial situation, she cannot afford to turn Kate down. That she will be sorry to have to leave Madison but hopes she can understand. (It would give Madison the opportunity to match Kate’s salary…like THAT’S going to happen.) By doing it that way, she won’t burn any bridges and when Kate dupes her once again (as we know is inevitable), maybe Madison would take her back.
But don’t anybody hold their breath!
December 21, 2011 at 10:29 pm #29816DeeLanParticipantI’m wondering why Madison didn’t have her sign a contract with a non-compete clause. That way if she did decide to work for Kate then Kate would have to pay Mad World to get her. At least that’s how it’s usually done in the corporate world where there’s a lot of competition.
December 21, 2011 at 10:49 pm #29817BonbonParticipantAs a so-called "executive" she certainly would have signed a contract and the no-compete is in practically all of them. Another dropped ball by the writers.
December 22, 2011 at 3:54 pm #29837PattiParticipantthe two characters (Kate and Sami) have so much full, rich history with Days of Our Lives, and it might just be interesting to watch two evil yet dominant personalities try and work together, all the while trying to outwit, fake out, and keep the other guessing as to what they’re up to next. Neither Kate nor Sami give a red rat’s behind who thinks what of them, as long as they are getting what they want. Two super baddie females, and life-long enemies at that, working together to get what they want??? Yep, got to be better than anything I’m watching so far.
December 22, 2011 at 5:42 pm #29839BonbonParticipantno more respect than Sami has for Madison (as employer/employee), or maybe I should say common sense in knowing her place, can you imagine how she’s going to be with Kate? I just can’t see Kate willing to put up with all Sami’s crap, I don’t care HOW "talented" she is.
