I’m glad they at least made Hope fight back.  I have never seen so many flower vases on hand to be thrown!  She really fought hard but he over powered her in the end.  Ultimately I guess she will still be rescued by Bo.  I was hoping she might save Bo for a change.

When Hope pulled the mask off of Aidens face, the look on her face was priceless! She really delivered that look of absolute horror. I thought that was one of the best acted scenes on Days in a long time. Not only is the writing better, but the direction, the lighting, the music, and the acting is really drawing me in. Well done! Bravo to everyone involved in that scene!

I dreaded the thought of Aiden strangling her with little resistence and then Bo bursting in to save the day. I love the idea of Bo and Aiden wrestling and Hope saving Bo, not knowing at first it’s him. But doubt that will happen.

with some realism. Although I think it went on a little bit too long, at least they both acted like they were actually in a to-the-death battle, not some choreographed dance.

Still though, with Hope’s cop training, shouldn’t she have been able to overcome Aiden who, in the physical department, is definitely a light weight? Look at all the other women cops on TV, they ALWAYS take the bad guy down because they have the advantage of how to do it.

As an aside, that poke in the face Bo gave Patch in the jail cell looked horrifyingly real. VERY well done. I was relived to find it was all staged because I thought, no way in hell would these two be fighting each other.

of course, the falls were done by stunt doubles!  LOL!  I think what was unrealistic was after Hope stabbed him with the scissors, she put both hands on them and actually ground them into his flesh with all her might.  Seems that alone should have disabled him.  I also thought the scene when he stumbled into her gown and got his blood on it was pretty well done for drama purposes as well.
