Screwed up kids

so often expected to just swallow whatever the writers create.

 I immediately thought of that line when the eldest Cosby daughter showed up, too.  And on a later episode of Happy Days, Mr. Cunningham was on the witness stand for some reason, and they asked him how many children he had, and he said, "Two".  I was yelling, "What about Chuck, Mr. C?"!  I hate when writers have amnesia, and think we do, too.
