From the look on Serena’s face when Eric was hugging her, sure didn’t look like she had affection for him. If she’s being blackmailed or otherwise forced into some crime she doesn’t seem very scared or intimidated either.
I really am trying to believe that she’s being forced into this for some reason, but she certainly isn’t making it look that way. I think Eric is beginning to have doubts, but he’s certainlyl giving her the benefit of them. I hate to see this man get screwed over again. One thing I’m pretty sure of, and that’s that Melanie doesn’t know anything about this. Lots of people thought she did, but I think Mel’s as in the dark about her secret as everyone else is.
and will be shocked as everyone when whatever it is plays out. And unless this is a really good snow job by the writers, I am just not feeling the sincerity from Serena regarding Eric. I don’t really see any feeling of “OMG I have to do this or Eric will die, or I will die” when she talks to the person on the other end of the phone. It’s more like I know, I will get it done, don’t worry. I just need to string him along a little more. In which case, poor dumb Eric who can’t see a lit bulb in a dark closet to save his life, LOL.
I have always thought that Serena had an agenda that had nothing to do with romancing Eric. I am not sure why but I havent liked her from the beginning.
I also don’t like the way she always bring Nicole’s name up as reasons for her odd behavior. I really feel that she ha no genuine affection for Eric, and not because she is a pawn. I think she is up to no good and she doesn’t care if Eric gets hurt as long as she gets what she wants!!
